Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience facilitating training programs in both in-person and virtual environments is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience facilitating onboarding, role-based, technical, change-readiness, or leadership programs is required.
  • Experience curating and organizing learning content and collaborating with instructional design teams to ensure program accuracy, relevance, and alignment with business needs is required.
  • Familiarity with compliance and audit requirements related to training programs is required.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems, such as Workday, for course administration, tracking, and reporting is required.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Adobe Creative Cloud is required.
  • A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record are required.
  • The candidate must have facilitation and presentation skills, interpersonal skills, organizational and time management skills, analytical ability to interpret learning data, adaptability to changing business needs and systems, customer experience focus, business acumen, and comfort with learning management systems, virtual delivery tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • The candidate must understand adult learning principles, instructional methods, learner engagement techniques, training simulations, coaching sessions, practice activities, and change-readiness concepts.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver onboarding, upskilling, systems, role-based competency, customer experience, and compliance training through in-person and virtual sessions.
  • Manage training logistics, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and coordination with functional leaders.
  • Support course administration in the learning management system, including attendance, grading, and assessment tracking, while ensuring data accuracy and compliance and escalating issues as needed.
  • Facilitate simulations, coaching, and skills practice sessions to reinforce learning and observe application.
  • Provide actionable feedback to participants and share insights with functional leaders for continued adoption and reinforcement.
  • Curate learning content and resources to support program delivery and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure materials align with business needs, learning objectives, and company standards.
  • Assist with delivering and co-facilitating train-the-trainer sessions with lead facilitators, department leadership, functional leaders, and subject matter experts.
  • Support internal facilitators to ensure consistent delivery of established programs.
  • Coach front-line and mid-level managers on reinforcing training programs locally to strengthen accountability for skill transfer and consistent application.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Learning and Development, Education, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred; equivalent professional experience is considered.
  • Experience in single-family or multi-family rental operations is preferred.
  • Experience coaching leaders on local reinforcement of training programs is preferred.
  • Experience supporting organizational change initiatives and adoption of new processes or systems is preferred.
  • Industry knowledge in residential property management, leasing, or customer service is strongly preferred.
  • Office 365 experience is preferred.
  • Certification in virtual facilitation, adult learning, or professional training programs, such as ATD, Kirkpatrick, Blanchard, Maxwell DISC, or equivalent, is preferred.
  • Coaching certification, such as ACC, PCC, MCC, CCL, CPC, or CPCC, is preferred.

AMH raises 2026 guidance as Q2 core FFO rises 5.2% to $0.49 per share

AMH, a large-scale single-family rental home operator, reported second quarter 2026 results with rents and property revenues up 2.8% year-over-year to $470.1 million. Net income attributable to common shareholders reached $113.6 million, or $0.31 per diluted share, compared to $105.6 million or $0.28 per share in the prior year quarter. Core Funds from Operations increased 5.2% to $0.49 per share, whilst Adjusted Funds from Operations rose 8.3% to $0.45 per share. Same-home core net operating income grew 2.7%. The company delivered 651 newly constructed homes in the quarter and repurchased 4.1 million shares for $123.0 million at a weighted-average price of $29.88. AMH raised its full-year 2026 Core FFO guidance midpoint by $0.03 to $1.95 per share, representing anticipated growth of 4.3% over the prior year.
