- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations
- 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud; certification preferred
- Strong understanding of marketing operations, including campaign management, data analytics, and marketing automation
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Familiarity with webhooks and API integration
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and other stakeholders to consult on Salesforce Marketing Cloud build and integration
- Work with Partner Marketing and the Analytics & Insights teams to manage segmentation/personalization, create engaging multivariate tests, build and optimize user journeys, make changes to content, and run campaigns for our partners
- Establish and maintain end-to-end campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, which includes, review, approvals, measurement, and insights
- Design scalable processes to accommodate the company's growth
- Manage testing initiatives across various channels throughout the user journey
- Continuously enhance internal systems for improved efficiency
- Own and maintain marketing tech stack and processes; create and keep up-to-date documentation
- Create process for and manage campaign requests approvals
- Propose and implement innovative marketing processes and strategies, leveraging the latest trends and technologies to ensure Plusgrade stays ahead in the competitive landscape
- Take ownership of marketing operations from conception to execution, including ideation, planning, and implementation
- Be the go-to person for all aspects of marketing operations
