Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of digital media experience in a client-facing role
  • Bachelor's degree required

Responsibilities
  • Maintain account stability with key clients via white glove service
  • Generate additional revenue via strategic upsell opportunities
  • Balance up to 5 RFPs weekly across 3 AEs - deadline driven
  • Coordinate campaign workflow cross-departmentally to ensure campaign success
  • Build strategic & customized RFP responses that lead to IO generation
  • Work with Legal/Finance to close out opportunities
  • Conduct historical & brand research for new & existing clients
  • Own troubleshooting and find solutions to internal & external challenges
