Responsibilities
  • Update data in the Graduate Training Integration Management System or future equivalent systems and locally developed computer database systems as required.
  • Interface with Host Aviation Resource Management and Squadron Aviation Resource Management personnel to update the Aviation Resource Management System or future equivalent systems as required.
  • Build, review, and update student and permanent-party records, folders, and grade books according to applicable Air Force Instructions, associated Major Command installation supplements, and locally developed guidance.
  • Coordinate class and exam schedules as required.
  • Coordinate with scheduling and external agencies to ensure crew members are scheduled for Crew Resource Management, Instructor Crew Resource Management, Instrument Refresher Course, and other grounding or pre-deployment training requirements.
  • Perform individual gradebook checks of squadron personnel training and ancillary training requirements daily, monthly, and quarterly.
  • Prepare and execute periodic training and testing plans for approval and scheduling in coordination with the Squadron Director of Training Flight Chief.
  • Schedule members for required ground-training events in accordance with unit policies and in coordination with the Squadron Director of Training Flight Chief.
  • Provide weekly updates to squadron leadership on the flight and readiness status of personnel to facilitate tracking of duty status and performance-report and decoration accomplishment.
  • Coordinate with the scheduling office to maximize training opportunities in accordance with unit leadership guidance and ensure scheduling and training are consistent with Air Force Instructions.
  • Provide daily tracking of upgrade and continuation-training accomplishments for the unit’s Operations Supervisor or equivalent, as well as weekly summaries for the Operations Officer.
  • Assist in developing new curricula and syllabi for aircrew and ground training under the guidance of the Squadron Director of Training Flight Chief.
  • Generate required reports and forms.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Possesses a Top Secret clearance.
  • Experience working in a Flying Squadron, Group, or Wing Stan/Eval office.
