What does the role look like?
You will play a large role in supporting the daily operations of the company, owning projects from start to finish. The Business Operations Manager will report directly to the VP of Finance & Operations and will interface with employees and stakeholders across the company on a regular basis.
- Identify areas of business efficiencies and optimization and fuel strategic decision-making with deep-dive analyses, thorough research, and actionable insights.
- Develop robust financial and analytical models to uncover key insights, exercise sharp business acumen, and craft recommendations that build consensus among leaders.
- Design and lead end-to-end execution of business optimization initiatives, including automating repeatable tasks, and turning complexity into simplicity.
- Collaborate closely with finance, data, product, and go-to-market teams to shape product roadmaps, deliver strategic insights, and drive impactful growth.
- Curate and enhance our knowledge base, ensuring company has easy access to crucial information and insights to inform decisioning.
- Lead performance monitoring through weekly and monthly reviews, driving product metrics discussions and coordinating cross-functional teams to swiftly tackle any issues.
