Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Lead daily therapy operations, clinical programming, and financial performance.
  • Ensure staffing coverage and supervise team performance.
  • Oversee compliance, audits, documentation accuracy, and month-end processes.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and staff development.
  • Participate in facility meetings covering utilization review, quality assurance, rehabilitation, and falls.
  • Manage departmental resources and reporting.
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and professional excellence.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior rehabilitation or therapy management experience is preferred.
  • Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is preferred.
