Requirements
  • Active Top Secret/with Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearance.
  • A preferred baccalaureate degree from an accredited university in Business, Law, Economics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
  • An active Project Management Institute Project Management Professional or Program Management Professional certification.
  • Current certification under DoD 8570.01-M CSSP-SPM.
  • At least seven years of experience leading and delivering cybersecurity support as a Program Manager or Project Manager.
  • Knowledge of major cyber activities, orders, and directives from the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security that affect or may affect organizations.
  • Analytical thinking, effective verbal and written communication, decision-making, attention to detail, data interpretation, concentration, adaptability, stress management, regular attendance, schedule adherence, meeting attendance, deadline management, keyboarding, confidentiality, mathematical calculations, organization, and operation of office equipment.
Responsibilities
  • Serve as the contractor’s single point of contact and authorized interface with government leadership for operational, technical, and program delivery matters.
  • Provide overall leadership and accountability for task order performance, service delivery, and execution of a large-scale program supporting 100 personnel.
  • Lead program transition activities, including onboarding, knowledge transfer, operational readiness, and continuity of services.
  • Establish, communicate, and enforce work standards, processes, and performance expectations across contractor personnel and subcontractors.
  • Resolve problems, issues, and conflicts as required.
  • Plan, assign, and manage contractor resources, schedules, and priorities to meet mission objectives and contractual requirements.
  • Monitor performance, identify and resolve issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain service quality and delivery commitments.
  • Communicate organizational policies, objectives, priorities, and goals to team members and subcontractor personnel.
  • Plan travel and training requests and submit after-action reports for travel, training, and mission-related events.
  • Develop and maintain program management plans.
  • Prepare monthly status reports and performance updates.
  • Facilitate technical and project meetings.
  • Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
  • Ensure quality control and continuous improvement of program performance.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with the Department of Defense and United States Coast Guard.
  • One or more infrastructure-related technical certifications.
  • Experience supporting federal government enterprise information technology programs and mission-critical systems.

Foxhole awarded NASA SEWP VI Category B contract. Foxhole Technology, LLC, an employee-owned cybersecurity and technology services firm, has been selected by NASA as an awardee under Category B of the Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement VI (SEWP VI) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract. The award expands the ways federal agencies can access Foxhole's enterprise cybersecurity, modernization, software development, and engineering capabilities. NASA designed SEWP VI to provide federal agencies with streamlined access to commercial technology products and services. Category B, designated for Enterprise-Wide IT Service Solutions, focuses on strategic solutions that enhance agency information technology, communications, and audiovisual infrastructure through cloud services, managed services, shared services, and other enterprise-wide capabilities. The 10-year ordering period is scheduled to run from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2036, with each contract carrying a maximum value of $20 billion. "This award expands the acquisition options available to agencies seeking Foxhole's proven cybersecurity, modernization, and mission technology capabilities," said Gus Tomé, president of Foxhole Technology. "SEWP VI aligns well with our ability to deliver secure, scalable enterprise solutions.
