Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Three years of marketing experience.
  • Experience in the healthcare insurance industry and the ability to apply critical thinking.
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong skills with the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to interact effectively with a variety of staff and outside vendors.
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative and clerical functions to support the timely and successful execution of marketing plans and other Marketing and Communications Department activities.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations, flyers, and other requested documents.
  • Post clips on LinkedIn and other relevant social media about news reports relevant to Peak Health.
  • Assist the leadership team with communications involving internal and external vendors and clients.
  • Assist with special events for the public.
  • Assist with press conferences and other media events.
  • Place advertising in local and specialized media.
  • Maintain spreadsheet schedules for Marketing and Communications projects and post frequent status updates.
  • Compile monthly and quarterly reports of Marketing and Communications activities and completed projects.
  • Support systems for accounting for staff effort and time for various projects and clients.
  • Assist with the acquisition and maintenance of mailing lists.
  • Maintain an inventory of publications and assist with mailing and other distribution methods.
  • Assist with answering requests for data about Peak Health.
  • Travel occasionally within the region.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in insurance, healthcare, or another human services area.
  • Five years of marketing experience.
  • Experience with social media management and digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience with website content management, including WordPress.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and digital communications, including MailChimp.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Experience with digital analytics and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated competence in PowerPoint, Photoshop, and basic layout.
