- Currently enrolled in an automotive, diesel, or related technical program.
- Have an interest in maintenance, mechanical work, or transportation equipment.
- Be able to work safely around shop equipment and follow all safety procedures.
- Have basic math skills.
- Be fluent in English.
- Be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Be able to pass a drug screen.
- Assist with building and grounds maintenance.
- Help maintain shop cleanliness and organization.
- Sweep floors, empty trash cans, and assist with painting projects.
- Support the parts department with stocking, organizing, shipping, and receiving.
- Maintain organized parts and supply areas.
- Observe and assist technicians with very minor repairs and maintenance tasks under direct supervision.
- Assist the maintenance team with general shop support activities.
