Requirements
  • A degree in an economic-administrative area is desirable, but the degree title is not required.
  • Experience as an outbound contact-center executive with telephone sales is desirable.
  • Experience as a personal banker in the financial sector, including prospecting and closing sales by phone, is desirable.
  • Proficiency using computers and the internet.
  • Ability to use digital tools and systems, including applications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel or spreadsheets, and sales indicators.
  • Knowledge of general banking services is desirable.
  • Knowledge of financial products is desirable.
  • Ability to handle objections during prospecting to gain attention and interest and close sales.
  • Knowledge of contact-center operational indicators is desirable.
  • Telephone sales experience.
Responsibilities
  • Contact and attract preferred-segment clients primarily and exclusively by telephone, promoting and advising on banking products and services to build loyalty in a client portfolio through personalized service.
  • Place financial products, including investment funds, credit cards, consumer credit, insurance, immediate cash, auto loans, and mortgage loans.
  • Manage a client portfolio.
  • Contact, attract, and retain preferred clients through telephone calls to build their loyalty to BBVA.
  • Assess client profiles and prospect to identify financial products and banking services that meet clients’ needs.
  • Integrate and keep up to date the files of assigned Personal Banking clients.
  • Timely manage the recovery of loans taken out by clients.
