Requirements
  • Fluency in written and spoken English with the ability to communicate clearly.
  • Several years of experience working as a senior producer in a similar agency environment.
  • Experience collaborating side by side with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects and delegate work efficiently.
  • Experience developing end-to-end project and production timings for creative ideas.
  • Experience developing and managing detailed post-production timelines and running stills and motion post-production workstreams with multiple internal and external partners.
  • Confidence and experience scoping and estimating the team and time needed to fulfill creative ideas throughout all project stages.
  • Experience identifying project requirements from client briefs and building project documentation, statements of work, cost estimates, and project plans.
  • Experience preparing and managing detailed production budgets and project and budget reconciliations.
  • Experience tracking and maximizing project profitability.
  • Experience running internal project teams, managing resources, and leading client communications.
  • Experience sourcing, contracting, scheduling, onboarding, managing, and off-boarding external production partners.
  • Experience delivering projects through pre-production and successfully delivering shoots.
  • Experience running pre-production meetings.
  • Experience building shoot schedules with the creative team and feeding into the first assistant director on set.
  • Understanding of on-set team roles and responsibilities, including working with local fixers, shoot producers, client partners, and talent.
  • Production experience and knowledge sufficient to creatively solve problems, make challenging budgets work, and develop creative delivery solutions.
  • Experience unpacking client briefs, identifying workflow, timing, cost, and team requirements, and setting up project teams.
  • Ability to identify when agreements, contracts, and project licences are required.
  • Experience building partner and licensing agreements.
  • Knowledge of legal requirements affecting creative work or creating compliance issues for shoots.
Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from the initial brief through final launch.
  • Manage the detailed project management and delivery of global campaigns spanning all platforms.
  • Run internal production processes and drive projects from end to end.
  • Scope, plan, and manage projects and resources with clients and internal teams.
  • Source suitable production partners and build working relationships with clients, agencies, and external partners.
  • Develop and manage project timings, workflows, schedules, post-production timelines, and stills and motion workstreams.
  • Prepare and manage production budgets, cost estimates, project plans, and budget reconciliations with the executive producer or third-party production partner.
  • Track and maximize project profitability.
  • Manage internal project resources and assign appropriate talent to projects.
  • Serve as a client-facing point of contact and lead client communications throughout delivery.
  • Manage and collaborate with photographers, directors, film, animation, and post-production partners.
  • Deliver pre-production processes and shoots with external partners and internal teams.
  • Build shoot schedules with the creative team and contribute to on-set delivery.
  • Collaborate with the executive producer to unpack client briefs and establish workflows, timings, costs, and teams.
  • Identify and manage agreements, contracts, project licences, partner agreements, and licensing agreements.
  • Mentor colleagues and contribute to the project management department and team culture.
