Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage BHI’s Enterprise Privacy Program, partnering with brand functions to develop centralized risk management and identify new growth opportunities
  • Design and implement an independent reporting framework to standardize outcomes for Audit Committee review
  • Establish and operationalize a risk escalation governance mechanism, anticipating and communicating potential risks effectively
  • Develop and refine standards, frameworks, and processes to support ongoing privacy risk management and drive program efficiency
  • Partner closely with Security and Data Governance teams to align program priorities and improve reporting capabilities, while also leading privacy-focused training and awareness initiatives, such as Data Protection Week and Privacy offsites
  • Oversee reporting operations for senior BHI leadership, Risk Committee, Board of Directors, and Audit Committee, ensuring continuous improvement
  • Manage external service providers and department budgets, including cross-brand charges
  • Oversee and guide a direct report, and collaborate to promote team success
  • Collaborate with Internal Audit to support enterprise-wide objectives
