Prior Applied Behavior Analysis therapy experience is required.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes are required.
Availability during after-school hours is required.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are required.
Responsibilities
Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
Work one-to-one with children in their home environment.
Collect and record data on client behavior and skill acquisition.
Collaborate with families and other team members to support client progress.
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with Registered Behavior Technician and company guidelines.
Desired Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferred.

Work 1:1 with children in their home environment

Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with RBT and company guidelines
Qualifications:
Prior ABA Therapy experience required.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
