Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in campaign and content marketing, preferably in a B2B technology or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of ABX and demand generation strategies.
  • Excellent content creation and copywriting skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and ABX (e.g. 6Sense, DemandBase, Terminus)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
  • Support pipeline in EMEA, focusing on key markets aligned to the business strategy
  • Collaborate with global ABX and Campaigns team to regionalise global campaigns and support execution locally
  • Localisation efforts across campaigns, digital and content to ensuring messaging resonates with our target ICP across markets, segments and products for both new logo and expansion
  • Coordinate multi-channel campaigns including email, social media, content marketing, and events. Partnering with both local and global teams to create consistency throughout the customer lifecycle with a focus on continuous optimisation.
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Developing local ABX strategies aligned to campaigns to target key accounts or account segments, and working closely with sales teams to personalise marketing efforts.
  • Partner with the SDR team to align on lead qualification criteria and follow-up processes, supporting the acceleration of opportunities through the funnel with a strong focus on conversion rates.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support campaign execution.
  • Regularly communicate performance metrics and insights with stakeholders to refine and improve strategies.
