Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in company-supported equipment, including track loaders, excavators, wheel loaders, chippers, stump grinders, hydroseeders, and commercial mowers.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections.
Conduct equipment inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
Interpret technical manuals and schematics to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
Document maintenance and repair activities accurately and maintain detailed records.
Meet and adhere to the allocated flat-rate or estimated hours for each repair task.
Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, extensive knowledge of heavy equipment diesel, hydraulic and electrical systems, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in all equipment supported by the company including but not limited to: Track Loaders, Excavators, Wheel Loaders, Chippers, Stump Grinders, Hydroseeders and Commercial Mowers.
Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections.
