  • 15 years of experience in advertising or related fields
  • Proven leadership experience working with Product and Technology Enterprise Teams
  • Extensive experience in business process automation
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, OMS tools, Ad Servers, Ad Data, and Billing tools
  • Experience directing Salesforce and/or OMS implementation and using BI tools
  • Self-starter with expertise in managing large-scale, complex projects
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a business automation strategy aligned with company objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and leverage automation opportunities
  • Partner with Ad Product and Engineer leads to drive implementation of business priorities
  • Develop enablement plans for internal tool usage among ad sales business stakeholders
  • Drive increased adoption, usage, and affinity for workflows and internal technology
  • Act as a strategic partner and consultant providing insights and guidance to revenue teams
  • Develop internal narratives and executive presentations representing Ad Sales stakeholders
  • Manage future change initiatives for ad revenue teams
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to team members
  • Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams and departments
