About the job
- Lead personnel scheduling to ensure teams are deployed according to need, efficiently, and reliably.
- Coordinate across locations with planning colleagues in Bremen, Dresden, and Duisburg.
- Be on-site on event days, including weekends, and ensure staffing assignments remain covered through the last minute.
- Plan staffing for large and small events, accounting for qualifications, availability, working-time regulations, and each location’s staffing needs.
- Manage short-notice changes, absences, and high scheduling volumes and find suitable solutions.
- Coordinate closely with operational managers, teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workforce planning.
- Contribute to HR and planning projects and improve recruiting processes, scheduling workflows, and the HR systems landscape.
