Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting (S1) from a reputable university is required.
At least 4–5 years of experience in finance, treasury, and ERP improvement is required.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is required.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily bank balances and cash positions.
Prepare short-term and long-term cash forecasts and variance analyses.
Execute fund transfers, loan drawdowns, and repayments.
Prepare and execute letters of credit and hedging.
Coordinate with the accounts payable team on payment scheduling.
Maintain bank account administration and documentation.
Prepare treasury dashboards and management reports.
Support foreign exchange transactions and bank negotiations.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of treasury transactions.
Ensure timely payment and complete documentation for reimbursements and advance payments.
Ensure accurate and timely closing preparation, including inventory, cost of goods sold, fixed assets, and general ledger entries.
Participate in finance projects, such as enterprise resource planning and automation.
Work with Finance, Legal, Operations, and other departments to provide treasury-related insights for business operations.
Assist with ad hoc tasks from the FAT Manager and Corporate Finance team.
Liaise with external auditors and assist external audit teams to support efficient and timely audits, including responding to auditors' questions.

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Treasury Staff to support and manage the company’s day-to-day treasury activities, ensuring effective cash flow management, accurate financial transactions, and adequate liquidity to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily bank balances and cash positions
Prepare short-term and long-term cash forecasts and variance analysis
Execute fund transfers, loan drawdowns, and repayments
Prepare and execute LC and hedging
Coordinate with AP team for payment scheduling
Maintain bank account administration and documentation
Prepare treasury dashboards and management reports
Support FX transactions and bank negotiations
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of treasury transactions
Ensure timeliness of payment and completeness documents of reimbursement and advance payment
Ensure the accuracy and timely preparation closing, including for Inventory, COGS, Fixed Assets and general ledger entries
Involve in the finance project (e.g. ERP, automation, etc)
Work closely with other departments (Finance, Legal, Ops, etc.) to provide insight related the treasury in business operations
Assist with ad hoc tasks from the FAT Manager and Corporate Finance team
Liaise with external auditors and assisting external audit teams to ensure efficient and timely audits, including replying auditors' questions

Requirements

Min. Bachelor's degree in Accounting (S1) from reputable university
Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in finance, treasury, and ERP improvement
Past experiences in a start-up or similar environment are preferable
Ability to work independently, proactively, effectively & a team player as well
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
