UJET launches Agentic Experience Orchestration to automate contact center workflows with AI layer

UJET, an AI-powered contact center company, has launched Agentic Experience Orchestration (AXO), a framework designed to automate workflows and reduce system complexity for customer service agents. The platform addresses the industry challenge where agents typically juggle 4-10 applications during customer interactions, with up to 30% of productivity lost to manual data entry. AXO introduces a persistent AI layer that integrates enterprise-wide data and systems, automating low-value tasks whilst escalating complex interactions to human agents. The system uses AI virtual agents, computer-using agents and workflow automation to eliminate the need for agents to manually navigate multiple back-office systems. Backed by Sapphire Ventures, UJET will onboard select customers in April 2026, with general availability expected in the second half of 2026. The company has raised $295 million to date.
