- Create warm, fun, and professional guest experiences during tastings and retail purchases.
- Deliver entertaining and informative tours, including structured tastings for groups.
- Share wine stories, answer guest questions, and help guests find suitable bottles.
- Support sales goals through hospitality, product knowledge, and recommendations.
- Provide friendly and efficient service in the Lounge and Grill.
- Support food running, table touches, resetting, guest flow, and service standards.
- Assist with food-handling tasks while following safe food practices, including handwashing, temperature awareness, and cross-contamination prevention.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front-of-house and support service areas.
- Support property events from setup through guest experience and teardown, including seasonal festivals, wine club and member events, feature tastings, food and wine pairing experiences, private events, and large group bookings.
- Use a computer-operated point-of-sale system and complete opening and closing duties.
- Keep wine and giftware shelves stocked, maintain displays, and ensure products are ready to sell.
- Help keep the Estate guest-ready through general housekeeping and restocking.
- Previous serving experience is an asset.
- Fluency in French, Chinese, Korean, or Japanese is an asset.
- Wine knowledge is an asset but not required; training is provided.
- Food Handler certification is an asset; training and support are provided as needed.
