Sopra Steria and Dynatrace launch observability and AIOps practice across Europe

Sopra Steria and Dynatrace have launched a dedicated observability and AIOps practice to help large European organisations manage complex IT systems. The practice begins in France and Norway, targeting banking, insurance, telecommunications, retail and public sectors. The initiative addresses regulatory requirements including DORA, which mandates that financial entities detect and report ICT incidents within strict deadlines, and NIS2, which sets similar expectations for critical entities in energy, transport, health and public administration. The practice replaces disconnected monitoring tools with a single real-time view of application and infrastructure health. Dynatrace Intelligence identifies and explains anomaly root causes, enabling faster correction. Sopra Steria provides certified teams, structured delivery methods and integration with existing client environments. The service is designed to reduce downtime, optimise infrastructure costs and accelerate innovation, particularly within managed services contracts.
