  • High School Diploma with 5+ years of relevant experience in healthcare or a similar service industry.
  • Associate Degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Business, or Public Administration with 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to respond to medical emergencies.
  • Superuser-level proficiency with Electronic Medical Record (eCW).
  • Proficiency with RingCentral communication systems, Workday, Oracle, Power BI, Excel, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, healthcare portals such as Availity and payer systems, TripMaster, compliance tools such as NAVEX, and ticketing systems such as Cano.Net.
  • Ability to work at a computer and on the phone for extended periods.
  • Ability to stand, sit, walk, occasionally climb, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to travel to assigned clinics and territories as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the daily operations of a clinic and oversee clinical, administrative, and financial functions.
  • Ensure smooth clinical operations by optimizing provider schedules and patient flow.
  • Monitor visit types and coordinate team huddles to close care gaps.
  • Supervise electronic medical record workflows, encounter closures, and documentation accuracy.
  • Oversee safety standards, including Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, and Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments requirements, and ensure readiness for emergencies and drills.
  • Reconcile daily collections, close billing days, and manage petty cash.
  • Oversee clinic expenses in Oracle and ensure financial protocols are followed.
  • Audit scheduling, coverage, interpreter and transportation needs, and room availability.
  • Lead end-of-day reviews and escalate critical issues to leadership.
  • Lead regulatory compliance efforts, infection control, and vaccine storage processes.
  • Monitor quality dashboards, including no-show rates, vaccination tracking, and Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set metrics.
  • Lead incident reporting and corrective actions.
  • Serve as the site leader for emergency response protocols.
  • Ensure seamless check-in, check-out, and front desk operations.
  • Resolve patient complaints and maintain patient satisfaction scores.
  • Oversee new patient onboarding, portal use, and patient education.
  • Support non-compliance and disenrollment workflows.
  • Analyze performance trends and implement strategies to meet value-based care contract goals.
  • Collaborate with care teams and regional leaders to optimize clinical and financial outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement workgroups and advocate for operational tools and resources.
  • Partner with the Growth team for clinic tours and onboarding of new patients.
  • Support patient retention and high-touch engagement strategies.
  • Address social determinants of health by coordinating with care managers and community resources.
  • Oversee employee timesheet submission and compliance with organizational policies and labor regulations.
  • Maintain and monitor the paid time off calendar to align staffing coverage with operational needs.
  • Coordinate with human resources and payroll to resolve timekeeping discrepancies and track hours worked and leave balances.
  • Serve as a point of contact for staff regarding timekeeping procedures and paid time off requests.
  • Oversee hiring, job and compensation changes, and offboarding for direct reports.
  • Collaborate with regional leadership to implement organization-wide initiatives and strategic goals at the center level.
  • Hire, train, and manage front desk staff, medical assistants, and referral coordinators.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, huddles, and performance reviews.
  • Foster staff accountability, service excellence, and engagement.
  • Identify training needs and manage performance improvement plans.
  • Advocate for patients and follow up after hospitalizations, emergent events, or concerning laboratory results, documenting in eCW as needed.
  • Coordinate frequently with medical assistants and providers to monitor schedules.
  • Support clinic associates and team operations as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • BLS Certification.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency.
