Requirements
  • A recognized diploma in nursing is required.
  • Registration with the Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ) is required.
  • Experience in home care (SAD) or a community setting is an asset.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to travel are required.
  • Fluency in French is essential.
Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care directly in patients' homes.
  • Assess patients' health and develop appropriate care plans.
  • Administer treatments and provide clinical follow-up for patients.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal care.
  • Educate patients and their families about care, treatments, and managing their conditions.
  • Document and follow up on interventions performed.
Desired Qualifications
