Responsibilities
  • Leverage advanced sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean searches, to proactively identify and engage with diverse candidates
  • Review and prescreen candidates for alignment with key requisitions and talent strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with diverse organizations, university programs, and strategic partnerships to enhance brand awareness and attract top talent
  • Guide and manage programs focused on recruiting interns, new graduates, and mid-level managers for specific organization divisions
  • Research, organize, and participate in recruiting events, networking opportunities, community engagements, and panel discussions to build a robust and diverse talent pipeline
  • Adapt to market trends and competitive landscapes to differentiate our recruiting efforts and recommend best practices
  • Use market research and data-driven insights to inform sourcing strategies
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and stakeholders to align on business needs and deliver innovative hiring solutions
  • Continuously enhance recruiting processes to ensure inclusiveness and alignment with DEI goals
  • Measure the success of programs by evaluating their impact on recruiting outcomes and DEI objectives
