Requirements
  • A diploma in legal techniques is required; specialization in business law is an asset.
  • One to three years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a legal setting.
  • Strong written and oral French, with good command of English.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to commercial business.
  • Assist notaries with research and analysis of legal issues in business law.
  • Manage the organization and tracking of client files, ensuring all information is up to date.
  • Research laws, regulations, and case law relevant to clients’ business matters.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to gather required information and provide file-status updates.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare documents for consultations.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of client information.
Desired Qualifications
