PHINIA provides fuel systems and aftermarket automotive parts to improve engine efficiency and reduce emissions. Its Fuel Systems unit designs injectors, pumps, engine control modules and complete system solutions with software and calibration; its Aftermarket unit offers replacement parts, diagnostic equipment, and remanufactured products under brands like Delphi, Delco Remy, and Hartridge. The company differentiates itself through its BorgWarner spin-off structure, strong aftermarket brands, and heavy investment in research and development aimed at fuel efficiency and alternative fuels, including hydrogen, ethanol, and CNG, plus carbon-free combustion applications. PHINIA seeks steady growth by gaining share in a shrinking internal combustion engine market while building capabilities for low-emission propulsion.
