Requirements

A minimum diploma in any field is required.
At least 2 years of purchasing experience in the manufacturing industry is required, preferably in the semiconductor or electronic components industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, is required.
Communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and sourcing skills are required.

Responsibilities

Source products by prospecting new suppliers and managing existing supplier relationships.
Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
Locate vendors of materials, equipment, or supplies, and interview them to determine product availability and sales terms.
Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for suppliers and equipment.
Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance with company policy.
Collaborate with the Account Executive team through the proprietary ERP system, keeping detailed notes.
Proactively bring product offers to sell.
Perform other duties and obligations as requested by the supervisor or company management.

Desired Qualifications

Experience sourcing CPUs, GPUs, or memory is a plus.
