- Own the technical consulting process for assigned clients by assessing expressed and hidden needs, recommending fit-for-purpose solutions, and coordinating follow-up support to ensure long-term success.
- Guide customers through digital transformation by simplifying technology adoption, addressing potential technical roadblocks, and reinforcing the company's role as a trusted partner.
- Contribute to the design and recommendation of enterprise architectures and platforms using company technologies to deliver scalable, efficient, and business-aligned solutions.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to stay informed on industry trends and provide client-driven insights that help shape solution enhancements and maintain competitiveness.
- Work closely with the Sales team to uncover and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts, strengthen client relationships, and support revenue growth.
- Deliver clear, structured, and engaging technical presentations and demonstrations that combine solution capabilities with relevant industry knowledge to build client confidence and enable informed decisions.
- Own the preparation of proposals and responses to requests for proposals, requests for information, and requests for quotations by producing accurate, compelling, and customer-aligned technical content that improves win rates.
- Arabic language skills are preferred.
- Exposure to the banking, telecommunications, or government sectors is a plus.
