Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant marketing experience, including having been a senior contributor in a team that has launched and grown a top-tier headset app. It’s a plus if you've worked on creator-consumer platform marketing or have category creation experience.
  • Solid experience across a broad spectrum of marketing specialisms, including content, community, social and events.
  • Experience working on cross-functional teams with ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communications, including synchronous interactions with others.
  • Required in-office 2 days on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Responsibilities
  • Positioning: partner with cross-functional teams to sharply define the most valuable and viable target customers. Partner with Product leaders to ensure our roadmaps and positioning support each other to acquire and retain these customers.
  • Strategy: create a marketing strategy that meets acquisition, engagement and monetization goals. Ensure these are built on robust arguments, with checks and balances included.
  • Roadmaps: drive the creation of a marketing roadmap that fulfills your strategy alongside partners, ensuring it aligns with the product roadmap.
  • Execution: lead all aspects of the delivery of this roadmap, making sure that the way we’re delivering tactics sets us on course to achieve their goals.
  • Analysis: review the performance of tactics against your goals and identify and make adjustments to close any gaps.
  • Budgeting: decide how to distribute marketing budget to achieve the greatest return, track spend against it and optimize from there.
