About the job
- At least two years of experience.
- Knowledge of React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with Next.js 13 or newer and the app router, or another server-side rendering solution in React.
- Experience working on projects using Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Ability to read documentation in English.
- Understanding of the business context behind the product and making decisions based on more than technology alone.
- Use of artificial intelligence tools.
- Develop the existing frontend application using React and Next.js.
- Contribute to decisions about the application’s design and structure.
- Ensure that solutions are as efficient as possible.
- Plan work in two-week sprints.
- Collaborate with the UX designer, other developers, and the Product Owner.
- Define sprint and quarterly goals together with other team members.
- Build the frontend application from the ground up.
- Use artificial-intelligence-based tools, including GitHub Copilot, CodeRabbit, and Cursor, to support the work.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure code changes pass automated and manual tests.
- Contribute to defining sprint and quarterly goals.
- Participate in conferences and share knowledge within the team.
- Focus on application security, including regular audits, Dependabot, and developer training.
- Participate in cross-functional teams of six to eight people within the IT department.
- Discuss solutions from recent sprints, technology topics, and plans at internal IT meetings.
- Present delivered customer-facing work at company-wide reviews using LeSS.
- Work with dedicated test environments, code reviews, and continuously developed automated tests.
- Ability to make bold decisions when they lead to better results.
- Proactive approach and seeking efficient solutions that make work easier.
- Interest in working at inFakt and building a product supporting entrepreneurs and accountants across Poland.
