Requirements
  • Be a member in good standing of the OIIQ and hold a valid nursing practice permit.
  • Have at least one year of recent experience in the targeted specialty.
  • Demonstrate autonomy, clinical rigor, and a strong ability to adapt.
Responsibilities
  • Work nursing assignments in the targeted specialty across departments such as emergency, intensive care, operating room, recovery room, medicine, surgery, long-term care, psychiatry and mental health, hemodialysis, oncology, obstetrics, and delivery room settings.
  • Choose blocks of availability and day, evening, or night shifts.
  • Coordinate schedules with the recruiting team and receive ongoing support during assignments.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in the targeted specialty is described as a major asset for working autonomously on assignments.
