About the job

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of B2B go-to-market experience, including ownership of a zero-to-one sales motion and scaling it beyond initial product-market fit.
  • A track record of closing complex, multi-million-dollar B2B contracts with technical buyers, including deals displacing an incumbent vendor.
  • Technical fluency sufficient to run discovery and demonstrate a payments, infrastructure, or compliance product without an engineer present, and to read an API specification independently.
  • Hands-on expertise with modern go-to-market tools such as Clay, HubSpot, Apollo, Default, or Unify, or equivalent tools, and the ability to customize them into a signal-driven outbound system for a defined ideal customer profile.
  • Experience with regulated, partner-heavy deal structures, including sponsor banks, know-your-business and anti-money-laundering vendors, and compliance partner negotiations; familiarity with statements of work and service-level agreements that meet regulatory scrutiny.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Willingness to personally manage sales while building the team and playbook for the next 12 to 18 months.
  • Experience selling to fintech, payments, banking, or compliance-heavy buyers.
  • Experience at Stripe or Bridge before its acquisition, Plaid, Modern Treasury, Sardine, Ramp, Mercury, or a similar payments and infrastructure company.
  • Cross-border payments, treasury, or foreign-exchange experience, particularly in markets where compliance is a differentiator.
  • Experience with network or marketplace business models where each customer makes subsequent sales easier.
  • Experience building or scaling product-led growth at a developer-first or API company, including self-service onboarding and activation funnel design.
  • Fluency with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or PostHog, or equivalents, including defining activation metrics, building funnels, and identifying product-qualified leads from usage data.
  • Exposure to a forward-deployed model, such as deployment teams at Palantir, Anduril, or Snowflake, or similar organizations.
  • Familiarity with stablecoins, the GENIUS Act, or other emerging regulated financial infrastructure.
  • Prior leadership or mentorship experience in a high-growth go-to-market team.
Responsibilities
  • Source, qualify, demonstrate, negotiate, and close multi-million-dollar business-to-business contracts across cross-border payment service providers and money transfer operators, neobanks and digital banks, fintech platforms, and stablecoin infrastructure and foreign-exchange segments; complement founder-led sales by owning the sales cadence, close, and commercial process.
  • Own activation from signed deal through the first $1 million in processed volume, coordinating contract execution, technical integration, compliance onboarding, and customer ramp, and involving compliance partners and engineering as needed.
  • Build the outbound motion using Clay, HubSpot, and Unify against signal-rich lists for each ideal customer profile segment; establish customer relationship management, pipeline tracking, and reporting infrastructure; manage inbound sequencing from content-driven awareness through demonstrations; and codify the qualification rubric.
  • Develop the pricing playbook for transfer fees, foreign-exchange spread, compliance, and platform fees; lead commercial negotiations; and own statements of work, service-level agreements, and regulated contract structures with legal, compliance, and the sponsor bank partner.
  • Partner with product to develop the bottom-up growth motion, including self-service signup, sandbox integration, and the path to the first live transfer; define product-qualified-lead signals and build handoffs that route high-intent accounts into compliance onboarding and sales-assisted activation.
  • Codify the sales approach into a scalable playbook; hire and lead the first sales development representative and forward-deployed technical account manager when volume justifies it; and work with product, compliance, and engineering to prioritize improvements based on what closes and what stalls.

Infinite and Sardine launch two-way integration linking compliance, risk and payments for stablecoins

Infinite and Sardine have launched a two-way integration combining fraud detection with AI-powered compliance workflows for stablecoin businesses. The partnership enables Infinite customers to access Sardine's real-time risk intelligence, including device data and behavioral biometrics, whilst Sardine customers gain access to Infinite's account infrastructure for compliant money movement. Infinite, founded by former Sardine employees, uses AI-driven decisioning to evaluate risk and automate compliance reviews, creating comprehensive audit trails for regulatory purposes. The integration connects account infrastructure, risk intelligence and payments operations to reduce operational complexity. The companies plan to expand the partnership's capabilities across onboarding, transaction monitoring and payments infrastructure as demand for stablecoin-powered financial services grows.

Infinite partners with CipherOwl for AI-native onchain compliance as GENIUS Act mandates federal stablecoin rules

Infinite, a payments and compliance platform backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, has partnered with CipherOwl to embed AI-native screening, transaction monitoring and compliance reporting across its platform. The intelligence layer is now live across Infinite's services, starting with Infinite Accounts. The partnership follows the proposed GENIUS Act implementation published in April 2026, establishing the first federal framework for US payment stablecoins. The legislation designates permitted issuers as financial institutions under the Bank Secrecy Act and extends compliance obligations to companies handling regulated stablecoins. CipherOwl's SR³ Stack can screen over one million addresses per second across multiple blockchains. The company's founders previously built Coinbase's internal onchain compliance infrastructure. CipherOwl is backed by General Catalyst, Flourish Ventures, Coinbase Ventures and OKX Ventures.

Infinite launches bank accounts combining fiat and stablecoin payments via Erebor Bank partnership

Infinite, a payments and compliance technology platform, has launched Infinite Accounts — dedicated bank accounts with unique routing numbers that work across traditional payment rails and stablecoin networks. The accounts are powered by Erebor Bank, N.A., Member FDIC. The programme enables businesses to access deposits, withdrawals, ACH, domestic and international wire transfers, and stablecoin functionality through a single integration. It supports stablecoin mint and burn in connection with fiat funds, plus on-chain and off-chain transaction flows across supported blockchain networks. The platform is designed for third-party developers and merchants to offer banking and stablecoin capabilities under their own brand. Founded by Nikhil Srinivasan and Raj Lad, Infinite has raised $295 million to date.
