- At least 8 years of experience leading sales or business operations for corporate travel teams delivering client-facing business development, customer success, and booking functions.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and developing sales leaders and sales professionals.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate and institutional clients.
- Strong systems-thinking capabilities and a track record of solving root-cause problems by building practical solutions.
- Strong business judgment, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity, create clarity, and take ownership of challenges without an obvious solution.

- Lead business development, customer success, and operations teams to deliver strong sales performance, client satisfaction, and financial results.
- Build scalable operating models, processes, playbooks, and performance metrics that improve productivity and support growth.
- Coach leaders and teams to strengthen pipeline management, win rates, customer retention, and account growth.
- Partner across Kensington Travel and Range Group to drive referrals, cross-sell opportunities, and a consistent client experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve technology, vendor partnerships, automation, reporting, and knowledge management practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client decision makers while representing Kensington Corporate in market-facing opportunities.
- Evolve Kensington Corporate's culture by building trust, strengthening communication, empowering team members to make decisions and take ownership, and standardizing processes, measurement, and financial discipline for profitable growth.
