Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a defined list of clients in the Bay Area market.
  • Ensure each client's food and beverage program operates according to expectations.
  • Maintain 93% annual dollar retention across portfolio accounts.
  • Achieve 99% budget utilization across portfolio accounts using Core and Tableau reporting.
  • Complete quarterly onsite visits to all client sites, build relationships, assess site quality against the Crafty Standard, and document improvements from quality-control findings.
  • Leverage artificial intelligence tools to streamline shift summaries, client communications, and reporting, reducing administrative work by at least 20%.
  • Reprioritize time saved through artificial intelligence toward higher-value client activities.
