Requirements
  • Marketing education with a specialization from a business school or university.
  • Availability for an alternating schedule of one week at school and three weeks in the company.
  • Strong rigor, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
  • Comfort with numbers and good analytical ability.
  • Good written and spoken English proficiency.
Responsibilities
  • Support the development of product activation and launch plans in coordination with operations, purchasing, and marketing teams.
  • Participate in recipe and product testing in the test kitchen.
  • Create step-by-step recipe sheets in coordination with the quality department.
  • Lead competitive monitoring, including market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and recommendation development.
  • Analyze the product mix and the performance of innovation and product activations, recommending corrective actions when necessary.
  • Participate in photo shoots.
  • Develop materials for Retail and Collective Catering operational teams, including point-of-sale materials, product labels, menus, and animation kits.
  • Prepare monthly communications about product news and sales arguments.

  • Experience as a product or project manager in the retail, distribution, or food-service sector.
  • Interest in cooking and culinary discoveries.
