Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Supply chain, logistics, and customer service experience
  • Experience changing processes is preferred
  • Strong experience working in Google Sheets / Excel; Familiarity with SQL and or GBQ a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong presentation skills to all levels of management
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and synthesize multiple points of view into a streamlined story and action plan
  • Experience in taking a company forward in a fast-growth environment, providing insight for direction, and managing change effectively
  • Experience with leveraging data sets to draw insights
Responsibilities
  • Solve problems critical to the long-term health of the business
  • Identify the metrics necessary to monitor the health of the reverse logistics supply chain
  • Collaborate with senior leaders, technology teams, and field operations
