About the job
- Test and deploy web services and Java code resulting from the system requirements specification and defects.
- Interface with other HHSC/DADS development groups to provide customer support as required.
- Provide after-hours support.
- Define, document, and develop business processes and business requirements for automated systems.
- Assist in researching and developing specifications for automated systems.
- Develop and review project documentation, including technical requirements, training materials, deliverables, project plans and schedules, and testing scenarios.
- Coordinate with IT project technical leads, HHSC/DADS program staff, subject-matter experts, contractor representatives, and other state agency representatives to ensure necessary tasks, deliverables, and timelines are completed.
- Participate in test planning, including developing test scenarios and performing testing when needed.
- Prepare or oversee preparation of meeting and presentation materials, including agendas, pre-meeting materials, follow-up notes, post-meeting materials, and assignment follow-up activities.
