About the job

Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience automating and improving processes, or building integrations and software, ideally for a large or high-volume operation.
  • A track record of automating real work and showing measurable results such as time saved, errors reduced, or additional capacity created.
  • Solid Python or a similar programming language for scripting and building integrations.
  • Experience connecting systems through application programming interfaces and working with SQL and relational data.
  • Ability to identify process bottlenecks and redesign processes instead of only automating them.
  • Hands-on experience building solutions with artificial intelligence, including incorporating large language models or agents into real systems and using artificial intelligence tools to accelerate work.
  • Working understanding of large language model patterns such as prompting, tool or function calling, and integrating an agent into a workflow.
  • Ability to work closely with non-engineering teams, translate their needs into solutions, and explain technical concepts clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and remain effective when priorities shift and work moves quickly.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging skills, including for systems running in production.
Responsibilities
  • Spend time with an operations team to understand how work happens and identify where automation would have the greatest impact.
  • Simplify processes before automating them by removing unnecessary steps and automating the remaining work.
  • Build scripts, scheduled jobs, application programming interface connections, and data pipelines to reduce manual work.
  • Connect internal tools, application programming interfaces, SQL databases, and other platforms so information moves without manual copying.
  • Measure processes before and after changes, track improvements, and continue refining the processes.
  • Monitor, maintain, and repair automations so they remain reliable in production.
  • Train team members to use new tools and workflows, and document them for adoption by other teams.
  • Design and build artificial intelligence into shipped solutions, including large language model text classification and autonomous multi-step agents.
  • Use Cursor, Claude, or Copilot coding assistants while maintaining code quality.
  • Evaluate when artificial intelligence is reliable and when deterministic automation is safer.
  • Write clean, maintainable Python code using version control, code review, and documentation practices.
  • Work with DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering on deployment, secrets, monitoring, and production health of automations.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with workflow automation, robotic process automation, or job orchestration tools.
  • Experience working with operations or managed services teams to roll out technology.
  • Hands-on experience with large language model application programming interfaces, tool or function calling, or agent-style workflows.
  • Experience deploying applications or services on Amazon Web Services, including containers, serverless services, secrets, identity and access management, and monitoring.
  • Experience with data platforms and analytics tools such as Snowflake, semantic models, or natural-language-to-SQL systems.
  • Experience with FastAPI, Streamlit, React, or similar frameworks.
  • Background in life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceutical commercialization data, including master data management, patient data, or channel data.

IntegriChain launches conversational AI beta for biopharma commercial intelligence. Philadelphia, April 27, 2026 - IntegriChain has launched a beta version of its conversational AI assistant with select biopharma partners, advancing its vision to modernize how commercial data is turned into decisions. The beta marks an important step toward a unified decision intelligence layer bringing together data management, analytics, and execution in a single, AI-ready environment. Early use cases focus on high-impact areas including government price reporting, Medicaid rebate adjudication, channel management, and specialty commercial excellence. "This is not about adding AI as a feature; it's about rebuilding the intelligence layer of biopharma commercialization," said Josh Halpern, CEO of IntegriChain. "By embedding explainable, trusted AI into the foundation of the ICyte(R) platform, we're helping customers move faster, operate with confidence, and scale decision-making in an increasingly complex environment." Building trusted AI in biopharma commercial operations. IntegriChain has also established its first four Domain Teams to work with beta customers and lead the training and validation of AI resources in each of the initial subject areas. The Domain Teams draw on IntegriChain's unique depth in the subject areas across consulting, managed services, data, and technology. Together, these teams are training the AI to accurately respond to natural-language queries to explore complex questions and surface insights that go beyond dashboards to root-cause analysis, performance drivers, and cross-domain context delivered directly in workflow. These deployments are shaping a general availability release planned for later this year. IntegriChain's approach prioritizes explainability, auditability, and trust, ensuring AI-generated insights align with regulatory requirements and real-world commercial workflows. The company is embedding AI across the platform rather than treating it as a standalone feature, rebuilding the intelligence layer of biopharma commercial operations from the ground up. ICyte(R) is a cloud-native platform that unifies commercial, financial, and operational data with integrated governance, quality, and compliance controls, creating the foundation for advanced analytics and agentic automation at scale. She brings more than two decades of experience advising high-growth technology companies, with a proven track record of navigating complex regulatory environments and scaling legal operations to support business growth. Prior to joining IntegriChain, Barecchia held the role of Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, and Global Data Privacy Officer at Imperva, where she played a key role in guiding the company through its acquisition. New executive and functional roles have been established to deepen the organization's commitment to advancing AI in pharma and scaling operational capacity. About IntegriChain.
