Requirements
  • At least 5 years of product management experience specifically in payments, ideally at a company built on Stripe's platform.
  • Experience in vertical software as a service at mid-market to enterprise scale, turning complex payments infrastructure into products customers can trust.
  • A track record of working closely with engineering teams on technically complex, high-ambiguity problems and driving strategy independently.
  • Payments expertise is essential.
Responsibilities
  • Set the product strategy and roadmap for Payments and connect it to roadmaps across the broader Billing group, building a clear case for the next 18 to 24 months.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and product partners, serving as the trusted voice on payments across Jane and removing barriers that slow other teams when payments affects their work.
  • Champion improvements to the Stripe integration and payments architecture, closing gaps that have accumulated as the platform has scaled.
  • Partner directly with senior leadership to translate ambiguous problems into clear plans and tradeoffs for the wider team.
  • Drive meaningful impact for clinics and patients who depend on Payments by aligning stakeholders and leadership around the value being created.
Desired Qualifications
  • Healthcare experience is a nice-to-have, not a requirement.
  • Demonstrated curiosity about applying artificial intelligence to personal workflows and decision-making beyond summarizing documents or planning trips.

Jane app provides an all-in-one practice management platform for allied healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists. The software lets users run their entire practice online with tools for appointment booking, charting patient progress, scheduling, invoicing, payment processing, and insurance reimbursements. It is a web-based system accessed remotely, with a subscription pricing model and different tiers, plus a pricing calculator and special rates for new practices. The remote-first approach supports round-the-clock service and global team access. The platform differentiates itself by focusing specifically on allied health needs, offering end-to-end practice management in one place, transparent pricing, and strong customer support. The goal is to help healthcare providers work more efficiently and effectively, enabling them to focus more on patient care by simplifying administrative tasks.

Best AI receptionist for med spas: what to look for.

Best AI receptionist for med spas: what to look for. Shopping for a voice assistant? Learn the essential features required to successfully automate med spa call answering and appointment scheduling. Admin User 11 June 2026 As voice AI technology advances, many medical spas are looking to automate their call handling. However, generic phone assistants built for retail or restaurants fail when applied to medical aesthetics. Here is what to look for when choosing the best AI receptionist for your medical spa. 1. Deep aesthetics scheduling integration. Your AI assistant must integrate directly with your Practice Management Software (PMS). It should be able to read provider certifications, room assets, and service duration rules. Clara integrates seamlessly with platforms like Boulevard, Vagaro, and Jane App to write bookings directly. 2. Clinical treatment understanding. A good med spa AI must know the difference between a Botox touch-up and a new client dermal filler consultation. It needs to know that filler patients must avoid blood thinners, and that laser hair removal patients need to shave before their visit. Clara is pre-trained on these rules to provide accurate information to callers. 3. HIPAA compliance & BAA security. Medical spas handle Protected Health Information (PHI). Your AI provider must sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and utilize end-to-end data encryption. Never use a generic phone bot that does not comply with medical privacy standards. 4. Natural, latency-free conversations. A major drawback of poor voice AI is conversational delay. Patients want to talk to an agent that replies instantly. Clara uses advanced natural language engines to deliver near-zero latency dialogues that feel fluid and human. Med Spa Voice AI Software Buying Guide
