- Mechanical aptitude, including rebuilding gears, alignment plates, fixtures, and forming equipment.
- Knowledge of low-voltage wiring installation and troubleshooting.
- Ability to understand three-phase circuits and motor control circuits.
- Basic understanding of industrial controls, including contactors and relays.
- Basic understanding of pneumatic systems.
- Ability to perform simple machining and layout.

Bedford Paper supports communities affected by tornado in the United States. The company provided paper towels and toilet paper to support Fox Valley residents following an EF-3 tornado. 08/25/2026 Less than a minute Bedford Paper, a U.S. company, supported communities in Fox Valley following the destruction caused by a recent EF-3 tornado. As part of the initiative, the company provided pallets of paper towels and toilet paper to help meet the needs of affected residents. To facilitate the distribution of these products, Bedford Paper partnered with AmeriLux Family of Companies and Haenco Supply, which helped deliver the supplies throughout the Fox Valley area. The initiative allowed the company to contribute to the local community during the recovery process following the weather event and strengthen collaboration among companies responding to emergency situations.
With the addition of APC to the mix, AmeriLux now expects the new manufacturing and distribution center will create 125 new jobs over the coming years.
