Requirements
  • A consulting or transformation background is required, with a demonstrated track record of designing and delivering change-management programs inside large, complex organizations.
  • Experience building tailored, client-level transformation roadmaps and adoption plans and steering them to measurable outcomes is required.
  • Three to six years of experience in management consulting, customer success, account management, or a related field is required, ideally with exposure to high-growth business-to-business software as a service or legal technology.
  • A track record of driving adoption, retention, and satisfaction with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders is required.
  • Experience working with legal, compliance, or other regulated and complex industries, or the ability to learn a complex domain exceptionally fast, is required.
  • Strong program and project management skills are required to keep multi-workstream initiatives moving and clients confident.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required, including the ability to lead boardroom conversations with legal leaders and work hands-on with delivery teams.
  • High emotional intelligence is required, including knowing when to listen, advise, and act.
  • Comfort with fast-paced, early-stage environments and building operating playbooks is required.
  • Comfort with metrics and a focus on data, customer health, and outcomes is required.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the post-sale customer experience for a portfolio of mid-market firms or corporates, owning onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization.
  • Design each client’s adoption playbook, including the tailored change-management approach, stakeholder map, and target outcomes for how the firm adopts Legora and transforms its work.
  • Execute the adoption playbook by sequencing initiatives from initial rollout through firm-wide scaled adoption and adapting as client needs and Legora capabilities evolve.
  • Act as a strategic advisor by understanding client goals and legal workflows, surfacing high-impact opportunities, and guiding teams toward maximum value from Legora.
  • Drive sustained value through success plans, enablement, stakeholder check-ins, training, and value reviews.
  • Orchestrate engagement from go-to-market, Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams to accelerate client success while maintaining end-to-end account context and coordination.
  • Partner with go-to-market teams on key commercial moments to ensure seamless handoffs and continuity, improve the customer experience, and identify and realize expansion opportunities.
  • Translate customer feedback into action by collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to inform the roadmap, positioning, and enablement.
