Requirements
  • At least 8+ years of experience in strategic finance at a high growth company and/or investment banking with strong financial modeling skills
  • Demonstrated experience driving new initiatives by collaborating with and influencing multiple cross-functional partners
  • Proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners and executives; you are seen as a trusted and objective advisor
  • Sound business judgment and ability to bring clarity through business insights based on deep analytical rigor
  • An enthusiastic self-starter with a "roll up your sleeves" mentality
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams and maintain high performance under tight timelines
  • Ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment
  • Deep understanding of payments, card networks, and/or banks, highly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Act as Global Partnerships’ financial partner to evaluate and advise on partner deals and business cases through financial modeling and analysis, analytical insights, and benchmarking.
  • Work with cross-functional partners, including Partnerships, Product, Treasury Finance, Accounting, and other Finance and Strategy teams, to develop firm-level business cases.
  • Develop strategic insights across a portfolio of partners and identify potential long-term strategic or optimization opportunities.
  • Support the development of financial frameworks, metrics, and reporting to provide observability of key partner metrics and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Partner with Global Partnerships leaders to drive strategic and financial planning processes (e.g., business reviews, forecasts, opex and headcount management)
