  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing total rewards strategies that support organizational strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits.

  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically, anticipate future trends and adapt to changing business needs.
Responsibilities

  • Manage employee benefits programs and evaluate offerings to meet employee needs while managing costs.
  • Integrate total rewards considerations into performance and talent review processes.
  • Conduct market analysis to stay informed about trends and best practices in total rewards.
  • Develop communication strategies to educate employees about total rewards offerings.
  • Oversee relationships with external vendors and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Establish governance mechanisms to monitor program effectiveness and address compliance issues proactively.
