  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP, CBP, CEBS) preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing total rewards strategies that support organizational strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits.
  • Experience with HRIS and compensation planning systems preferred.

  • Oversee relationships with external vendors and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Establish governance mechanisms to monitor program effectiveness and address compliance issues proactively.
