Responsibilities
  • Assess patients’ functional abilities, autonomy, and environment in hospital, rehabilitation, or home settings.
  • Determine and implement an occupational therapy treatment and intervention plan to optimize clients’ independence.
  • Recommend appropriate environmental adaptations, assistive devices, or specialized equipment.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, including physiotherapists, physicians, and social workers, to support continuity of care.
  • Maintain clinical records in accordance with professional standards.
