About the job
- At least 5 years of experience troubleshooting and diagnosing customer concerns with bath or shower installations.
- Hands-on repair work is required.
- Must follow safety protocols.
- Must be able to lift and carry equipment, materials, and supplies from the service truck to a residence or job area weighing up to 105 pounds.
- Must be able to drive for long periods and climb a 6-foot ladder.
- Must be able to frequently stand, walk, bend forward, lift, carry, squat, kneel, crawl, reach, balance, drive, grasp, and pinch.
- Carry out warranty work on bath and shower systems.
- Document warranty claim issues, report their root causes, and create detailed return forms to support efficient repairs.
- Support market production needs by assisting with active installations as needed.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and complete repairs.
- Manually carry out repairs and installations using hand and power tools.
- Assess potential repair or installation work and provide written estimates for non-warranty repairs.
- Complete work orders and collect payments.
- Maintain the company vehicle and ensure regular, timely maintenance.
- Provide customer service.
- Maintain regular contact with the Warranty Coordinator after each scheduled job.
- Plumbing experience is a plus.
