Requirements
  • Must be currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or a related major at an accredited university.
  • Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must demonstrate strong judgment and high integrity.
  • Must be results-oriented, show high initiative, be able to influence others, and work in a team environment.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the onboarding process, including scheduling orientation and preparing new-hire paperwork.
  • Prepare status-change forms, offer letters, and related materials as directed by the HR Business Partner.
  • Support regional early-talent management efforts, including organizing career fairs, college visits, student interviews, internship programs, and co-op programs.
  • Facilitate interview arrangements for candidates.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Communications, Operations, and other functions.
  • Assist with candidate pre-boarding activities.
  • Assist with off-boarding activities.
  • Assist with data analysis.
  • Support and coordinate employee engagement activities.
  • Support and assist with company-wide policy and initiative rollouts.
  • Support published corporate policies.
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, union, and federal regulatory agency regulations and requirements.
  • Perform additional assignments as directed by management.
