Housekeeper
About the job
- Previous experience in a wide range of housekeeping functions is required.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Sufficient literacy skills to perform the essential functions of the role are required.
- The candidate must be able to lift and move up to 75 pounds, bend and stoop frequently, and safely use and maintain cleaning fluids and tools.
- The candidate must adhere to OSHA standards and company safety policies.
- Prepare vacant units for occupancy as necessary and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the leasing office, amenity areas, laundry facilities, and other common areas according to the Property Manager's schedule.
- Keep accurate records of property and company inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Respond courteously and efficiently to resident needs and management requests.
- Assist maintenance personnel with essential maintenance tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
