Responsibilities
- Drive strategic, high-impact legal initiatives, setting direction for complex projects and influencing company-wide decision-making. Provide leadership and expertise to facilitate cross-team collaboration and implement solutions for complex legal challenges.
- Drive continuous improvement of Wing’s agreements and legal processes, centralizing and standardizing procurement work across Wing.
- Review, draft, and negotiate diverse agreements (inbound services, SaaS, software licenses, sponsorships, etc.) ensuring alignment with Wing's policies and risk parameters.
- Advise internal clients on legal risks, complex agreements, approval processes, company policies, intellectual property, and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with US and international laws surrounding privacy, data protection, employment, and intellectual property.
