Requirements
  • The candidate must be able to lift or move light to moderate objects weighing 10–15 kg and remain standing, walking, and moving around the depot for extended periods.
  • The candidate must be comfortable performing physical tasks when necessary.
  • The candidate must be comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varied weather conditions.
  • The candidate must be flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and peak periods to support urgent operational needs.
  • The candidate must have 2–4 years of experience in fast-paced operations, logistics, rental, hospitality, or customer-facing environments.
  • The candidate must have strong practical operational capability and be able to participate in the depot's daily workflows.
  • The candidate must be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage physical tasks during busy periods.
  • The candidate must be flexible to work extended shifts during peak seasons to ensure operational continuity.
  • A category B driving licence is required.
  • English proficiency is mandatory.
Responsibilities
  • The City Lead supervises the daily operations of a small depot and personally executes and coordinates all workflows because of the small team size and absence of specialized units.
  • The role executes and coordinates all rental workflows, including check-in, check-out, documentation, and system updates for cleaning and maintenance.
  • The role tracks daily key performance indicators.
  • The role promotes ancillary products through value-based selling.
  • The role performs basic checks on recreational vehicles and vans, including batteries, water systems, gas, lights, and tires.
  • The role promptly escalates complex technical or mechanical issues to regional service teams.
  • The role maintains complete accuracy of fleet condition and availability in operational systems.
  • The role coordinates daily shifts, priorities, and task allocation within the small team, including demonstrating standard operating procedures and onboarding tasks for new hires.
  • The role oversees the preparation and presentation of recreational vehicles for sales appointments.
  • The role is responsible for cost control within the depot, including efficient consumables usage, prevention of unnecessary expenses, minimization of rework, and disciplined management of operating expenses.
Desired Qualifications
  • French proficiency is desirable.
