Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Employees have health support: the Hungary benefits page lists health insurance, life and accident coverage, and an assistance program.
  • Families get flexible benefit choices: its cafeteria package includes nursery and kindergarten cost support.
  • Selected students receive financial support: the E-LIT programme combines paid practical work with a conditional HUF 1 million scholarship.

What critics are saying

  • Remote work has a national boundary: the network-engineer posting restricts remote working to Hungary.
  • Some technical jobs require two strong languages: its senior data-engineer role specifies German B2 and English C1.
  • Internships require sustained availability: the student programme asks for at least 20 working hours per week.

What makes Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions unique

  • One Hungary brand spans two operating companies: Deutsche Telekom ITTC Hungary and Deutsche Telekom TSI Hungary share its management platform.
  • Security work spans several customer levels: teams protect Hungarian operations, the wider Deutsche Telekom group, and external European enterprises.
  • Customer platforms use geographic redundancy: its Fortinet engineering team operates private-cloud networking across two separated data centers.
